Ce parcours autobiographique est une aventure \u00e9tonnante anim\u00e9e de personnages d\u00e9crits avec humour et fantaisie, d&rsquo;un r\u00e9alisme magique r\u00e9invent\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme le souligne Matilde Ureta dans le prologue de cette \u0153uvre, \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 travers une \u00e9criture color\u00e9e, affective et charmante, Clemencia, avec l&rsquo;aide du personnage central Chaska \u2014 un mot quechua qui signifie \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9toile\u00a0\u00bb en espagnol \u2014 illumine des histoires dormantes qui se r\u00e9veillent gr\u00e2ce au r\u00e9cit de sa vie, qui se d\u00e9roule sur la c\u00f4te m\u00e9ridionale du P\u00e9rou. Elle nous raconte une \u00e9ducation difficile au sein d&rsquo;une famille traditionnelle de Lima, o\u00f9 une \u00e2me libre comme la sienne a d\u00fb faire face \u00e0 un monde souvent r\u00e9ticent \u00e0 changer ses r\u00e8gles. En m\u00eame temps, la vie imagin\u00e9e de Chaska nous relie \u00e0 celle du P\u00e9rou, un pays plein de contrastes et de surprises\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sensible et forte, l&rsquo;\u0153uvre est singuli\u00e8re, sa profondeur est donn\u00e9e par l&rsquo;\u00e9vocation de Lastenia Larriva de Llona (1848-1924), la \u00ab\u00a0bisabuela\u00a0\u00bb, la grand-m\u00e8re de Cl\u00e9mencia Salm\u00f3n, l&rsquo;une des premi\u00e8res femmes \u00e9crivains p\u00e9ruviennes, si ce n&rsquo;est la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 avoir os\u00e9 publier dans le P\u00e9rou du XIXe si\u00e8cle, une femme en avance sur son temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la galerie de portraits d\u00e9peinte par Cl\u00e9mencia Salm\u00f3n, parmi ses rencontres \u2014 parfois surprenante \u2014, ses amis, les membres de sa famille qu&rsquo;elle d\u00e9crit avec truculence, Lastenia reste la figure tut\u00e9laire qui l&rsquo;accompagne entre songe et r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Cl\u00e9mencia Salm\u00f3n nous permet ainsi d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 cet univers indicible en provenance de l&rsquo;au-del\u00e0 que tout un chacun peut ressentir sans prendre le temps de\u00a0 s&rsquo;y attarder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cet hommage rendu aux anc\u00eatres, Clemencia Salm\u00f3n a fait en sorte que la magie op\u00e8re \u00e0 travers l&rsquo;espace et le temps. Elle a retrouv\u00e9 le fils de Juan Manuel C\u00e1rdenas Castro, le peintre qui avait illustr\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/alaincardenas.com\/blog\/recension\/\">le recueil de contes de Lastenia en 1919<\/a> et lui a demand\u00e9 d&rsquo;illustrer son livre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalement la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d\u00e9passe le virtuel. Estar\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ada por la psicoanalista Matilde Ureta, la editora Gracia Angulo y el artista Alain Cardenas-Castro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cl\u00e9mencia Salmon, soci\u00f3loga peruana, en su \u00f3pera prima, nos ofrece este relato de sus experiencias vitales, su infancia transcurrida en la costa sur de Per\u00fa y en la capital, Lima. Este viaje autobiogr\u00e1fico es una aventura sorprendente que cobra vida a trav\u00e9s de personajes descritos con humor y fantas\u00eda, en una forma reinventada de realismo m\u00e1gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como se\u00f1ala Matilde Ureta en el pr\u00f3logo de esta obra, \u00aba trav\u00e9s de una escritura colorida, afectiva y encantadora, Clemencia, de la mano del personaje central Chaska \u2014vocablo quechua que significa \u201cestrella\u201d en espa\u00f1ol\u2014 ilumina relatos dormidos que se desperezan gracias a su narrativa vital, transcurrida en la costa sur del Per\u00fa. Nos narra un crecimiento dif\u0131\u0301cil en medio de un entorno familiar tradicional lime\u00f1o donde un alma libre como la suya tuvo que enfrentarse a un mundo muchas veces reacio a cambiar sus reglas. Al mismo tiempo, la vida imaginada de Chaska nos conecta con la del Per\u00fa, este pa\u0131\u015b lleno de contrastes y asombros\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sensible y poderosa, la obra es singular, cuya profundidad viene dada por la evocaci\u00f3n de Lastenia Larriva de Llona (1848-1924), la \u00ab\u00a0bisabuela\u00a0\u00bb, la abuela de Cl\u00e9mencia Salmon, una de las primeras escritoras peruanas, si no la primera que se atrevi\u00f3 a publicar en el Per\u00fa del siglo XIX, una mujer adelantada a su tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la galer\u00eda de retratos de Cl\u00e9mencia Salmon, entre sus encuentros -a veces sorprendentes-, sus amigos y los miembros de su familia que describe con ingenio, Lastenia sigue siendo la figura tutelar que la acompa\u00f1a entre el sue\u00f1o y la realidad.
