Il fait suite \u00e0 la comm\u00e9moration du Bicentenaire de l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance du P\u00e9rou, un acte important qui remonte au 28 juillet 1821. La manifestation est due \u00e0 l\u2019initiative de Madame Isabelle Tauzin-Castellanos qui avait rassembl\u00e9 vingt-deux intervenants. Cette coll\u00e8gue, universitaire<a>, <\/a>coordinatrice du colloque, est professeur de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Bordeaux Montaigne et membre honoraire de l\u2019Institut Universitaire de France.
