Quelques r\u00e9flexions automnales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>par SUN Chengan<u>[1]<\/u><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Dans une pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente livraison (Sciences et art contemporain, 3 sept. 2022), introductive \u00e0 la calligraphie contemporaine et \u00e0 sa diversit\u00e9, les calligraphies de trois calligraphes ayant r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 l\u2019appel du futur Corridor des \u00e9critures du Qinghai avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 reproduites.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Pour m\u00e9moire, la r\u00e9cente annonce de la finalisation d\u2019un Corridor des \u00e9critures dans la province chinoise du Qinghai, en fait, d\u2019un mus\u00e9e constituant une collection de calligraphies trac\u00e9es en Extr\u00eame-Orient et en Occident sur un texte bien pr\u00e9cis, relance la question relative \u00e0 l\u2019importance de cette forme d\u2019expression, dans les situations ordinaires de la vie quotidienne, comme pour les nombreuses approches, populaires ou \u00e9litistes, li\u00e9es \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes formes de cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\n<p>Ce deuxi\u00e8me volet permet de pr\u00e9senter les derniers calligraphes ayant remis une \u0153uvre dans ce contexte particulier.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>De la place de la calligraphie au 21<sup>e<\/sup> si\u00e8cle, <\/strong><strong>une notion diff\u00e9rente en Chine ou en Occident<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019homme reste attach\u00e9 \u00e0 des valeurs justement traditionnelles et constituant la richesse de sa civilisation. Plus celle-ci est ancienne, plus l\u2019approche en est riche et complexe. A contrario de civilisations plus r\u00e9centes qui, d\u2019une part ont une politique raisonn\u00e9e de collecte d\u2019\u0153uvres repr\u00e9sentatives d\u2019autres zones culturelles du monde aboutissant \u00e0 regrouper ces acquisitions dans des r\u00e9serves appel\u00e9es mus\u00e9es pour, de l\u2019autre, faire la promotion de nouvelles formes de cr\u00e9ation ou jug\u00e9es comme telles.<\/p>\n<p>Parler \u2014 dans ce contexte pr\u00e9cis \u2014 de la cr\u00e9ation calligraphique en Chine exclue a priori d\u2019autres formes artistiques comme la peinture, le dessin, \u2026 La calligraphie est et reste l\u2019\u00e2me d\u2019interrogations sur la place des signes, sur leur raison d\u2019\u00eatre et de subsister. A contrario d\u2019un certain parall\u00e9lisme occidental qui peut cultiver autant une discipline que son contraire et tout autant, m\u00ealer des approches pluridisciplinaires mettant tout autant en valeur le signe. Ainsi en va-t-il de ce signe \u00e9crit occidental devenu omnipr\u00e9sent mais qui peut \u00eatre sacralis\u00e9 autant dans un document publicitaire, religieux ou de toute autre nature. Cette \u00e9volution extr\u00eame n\u2019est pas si surprenante dans la mesure o\u00f9 d\u2019un couvercle de sarcophage (ill.1) inscrit de caract\u00e8res en p\u00e2te de verre du 4<sup>e<\/sup> s. \u00e0 la simple page de punition qui oblige un enfant \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9ter plusieurs fois la m\u00eame ligne, \u2014 souvent une page\u00a0! (ill.2) -\u2014, les esth\u00e9tiques sous-jacentes sont surprenantes. MNAM Paris.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>A propos des calligraphes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Harranger<\/span><\/strong> &#8211; Compositeur, dessinateur et graveur, cr\u00e9ateur de livres d\u2019artistes, il participe \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements o\u00f9 musique et beaux-arts convergent vers une cr\u00e9ation ouverte. Ce botaniste, amateur de v\u00e9g\u00e9taux souvent devenus des tranches de vie observ\u00e9es au fil de ses gouaches et gravures, sait remettre en situation tel \u00e9l\u00e9ment qui devient le centre d\u2019une \u0153uvre, d\u2019un multiple ou d\u2019un livre d\u2019artiste. Certes, la pr\u00e9sence dominante du signe alphab\u00e9tique, dont on voit qu\u2019il sombre facilement dans un lexique uniquement graphique. La couleur m\u2019a sembl\u00e9 une \u00e9vidence signifiante, un compl\u00e9ment n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre. Des r\u00e9flexions o\u00f9 il est question de mises en lumi\u00e8re, d\u2019histoires \u2013 petites ou grandes -, de m\u00e9moire.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019un travail dirig\u00e9 vers l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, le quotidien, l\u2019intime, celui-ci a pris un nouveau chemin, orient\u00e9 dor\u00e9navant vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, l\u2019autre et le Monde.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette nouvelle perspective, l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019or, que ce soit par la couleur ou l\u2019utilisation du m\u00e9tal pr\u00e9cieux, est envisag\u00e9e symboliquement pour sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019ouverture des sens, des valeurs culturelles et mat\u00e9rielles.<br \/>\nPar la lumi\u00e8re et son interaction, l\u2019emploi de l\u2019or ou de sa couleur \u00e0 comme dessein d'(r\u00e9)orienter les regards vers des morceaux d\u2019histoires aussi bien que des mati\u00e8res empreintes d\u2019histoires. Il a \u00e9galement le d\u00e9sir de susciter une r\u00e9flexion sur l\u2019absurde tant par cette volont\u00e9 de (re)mise en lumi\u00e8re que la recherche de mise en valeur. Enfin, il interroge la doctrine comme la mani\u00e8re de vivre qu\u2019est le mat\u00e9rialisme.
