Les artisans ont pu, selon leur imagination et aussi selon les demandes, fournir des mod\u00e8les de porte-baguettes tr\u00e8s pris\u00e9s de la client\u00e8le populaire, dans les campagnes et dans les villes.<\/p>\n<p>Les ustensiles ou casiers \u00e0 baguettes sont fabriqu\u00e9s le plus souvent en bois, en bambou, ou en c\u00e9ramique. Ce dernier mat\u00e9riau est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 par sa facilit\u00e9 d\u2019entretien qui prime sur sa fragilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Nombreux jusque dans les ann\u00e9es 60, les ustensiles ou casiers ou encore porte-baguettes sont, \u00e0 partir de cette p\u00e9riode, progressivement remplac\u00e9s par des accessoires en plastique, en inox ou en autres mat\u00e9riaux composites jug\u00e9s plus modernes par la client\u00e8le de masse, et cela, au d\u00e9triment des pi\u00e8ces fabriqu\u00e9es en mat\u00e9riaux plus traditionnels. A cela s\u2019ajoute alors la volont\u00e9 de changer de valeurs sociales et donc esth\u00e9tiques. C\u2019est ce qui est pr\u00f4n\u00e9 par Mao Zedong lors des <i>Interventions aux causeries sur la litt\u00e9rature et l\u2019art \u00e0 Yenan<\/i> en 1942. Il n\u2019emp\u00eache que le design chinois reprend, depuis une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es, ses marques afin de continuer d\u2019int\u00e9grer des motifs propitiatoires \u00e0 ces objets utilis\u00e9s si souvent. Les mod\u00e8les implicites sont ces accessoires anciens (ill.2 sq) qui restent la base d\u2019une inspiration raffin\u00e9e. Des motifs de fleurs de prunus indiquent le Nouvel an, de long\u00e9vit\u00e9 aussi, ils sont traduits par des svatsikas ou des animaux fabuleux stylis\u00e9s, comme le ph\u00e9nix ou le dragon. Il existe aussi des casiers doubles afin de ranger d\u2019autres accessoires comme les cuillers \u00e0 long manche. Bien souvent des ouvertures plus ou moins nombreuses permettent aux baguettes, le plus souvent en bambou, de s\u00e9cher et au trop plein d\u2019eau de couler directement dans l\u2019\u00e9vier. Ici, les accessoires sont \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer par l\u2019usager.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la cuisine traditionnelle chinoise, cet ustensile est bien souvent fix\u00e9 par un clou ou un crochet au mur. On en trouve aussi qui sont pos\u00e9s, et de forme circulaire ou carr\u00e9e, voire polygonale.\u00a0 La couleur verte caract\u00e9ristique de cette pi\u00e8ce dont le motif de fleur de cam\u00e9lia (ill.1)\u00a0 enveloppe les baguettes qui y seront gliss\u00e9es,\u00a0 renvoie au vert,\u00a0 l\u2019une des trois couleurs\u00a0 avec l\u2019ocre et le jaune, employ\u00e9es pour la c\u00e9ramique data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ensemble de quatre pi\u00e8ces de la collection Max Liu Chiwai [Liu Qiwei]<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Les potiers de l\u2019\u00e9poque Tang continuent \u00e0 utiliser des gla\u00e7ures plombif\u00e8res dont l\u2019usage remonte \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque des Royaumes Combattants. Ce rev\u00eatement se vitrifie \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature relativement basse \u2013 entre 600 et 800\u00b0 &#8211; et peut \u00eatre d\u00e9cor\u00e9 avec des oxydes m\u00e9talliques. Si on ajoute \u00e0 cette composition de l\u2019oxyde de cuivre, on obtient une gla\u00e7ure verte plus ou moins bleut\u00e9e, selon le degr\u00e9 d\u2019alcalinit\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange. Au cours des ann\u00e9es, l\u2019humidit\u00e9 p\u00e9n\u00e8tre sous ce rev\u00eatement qui pr\u00e9sente alors des irisations argent\u00e9es ou nacr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>On note aussi ce vert caract\u00e9ristique sur certaines pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 gla\u00e7ure trois couleurs de la dynastie Liao (907-1125), de m\u00eame que l\u2019\u00e9poque contemporaine reprend ce ton \u00e0 la fois chaud et sobre\u00a0;\u00a0 par ailleurs, une production de pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 gla\u00e7ures identiques existe au Maroc, celles-ci sont d\u2019un usage semi-courant et, parall\u00e8lement sont pris\u00e9es des potiers qui veulent d\u00e9velopper une cr\u00e9ation personnelle plut\u00f4t que des formes traditionnelles (vases, bols, gobelets, plats,\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>Le choix du magnolia\u00a0\u7389\u862d\u82b1 (Y\u00fclanhua, orchid\u00e9e d\u2019or, ou \u671b\u6625\u82b1Wangchunhua, fleur annonciatrice du printemps) n\u2019est pas innocent mais \u00e0 remettre en contexte avec tout son substrat social, notamment en raison de son importance dans la pharmacop\u00e9e chinoise.<\/p>\n<p>Grand arbre \u00e0 fleurs odorantes, originaire du Nord-Est et du centre de l\u2019Asie, notamment de l\u2019Inde et de la Chine, on utilise en Asie et beaucoup en Chine l\u2019\u00e9corce et les bourgeons floraux du Magnolia officinalis.<\/p>\n<p>En m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise, LI Shizhen, \u674e\u6642\u73cd (1518-1593) m\u00e9decin, herboriste et naturaliste Ming, indique dans son <i>Grand Trait\u00e9 de Mati\u00e8re M\u00e9dicale<\/i> (<i>Bencao gangmu<\/i> ou \u672c\u8349\u7db1\u76ee) que l\u2019\u00e9corce de magnolia est r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour favoriser la circulation de l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u2014 le Qi\u00a0\u2014, ass\u00e9cher l\u2019humidit\u00e9 et dissoudre les amas.<\/p>\n<p>Plus largement, les m\u00e9decines traditionnelles chinoise et japonaise\u00a0peuvent, avec son \u00e9corce, traiter l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, la nervosit\u00e9, la toux, l\u2019asthme, les troubles du sommeil, les spasmes intestinaux, les ballonnements tandis que les bourgeons floraux font dispara\u00eetre la congestion des voies nasales et la sinusite. C\u2019est ce dernier aspect qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 repris par l\u2019artisan auquel est due cette pi\u00e8ce c\u00e9ramique.<\/p>\n<p><a
